Youth Opera Blog Cancelled

Due to some technical issues, Zoë Fry has been unable to blog about the Sarasota Youth Opera's Tuscany trip in the Sarasota Herald Tribune as planned.

Once the Youth Opera has returned she will be writing a recap for the paper.

Hello, my name is Peter Hussell, and I am the renovation Coordinator here at Sarasota Opera. As many of you know, we are in the midst of a major renovation to the Opera House which began March 5, 2007. Our historic 1926 Sarasota Opera House is currently undergoing a $20 million transformation. If you stop by, you'll see a construction barrier blocking the front of the theater.
